  • Hydraulic Pushing Mechanism:The pusher plate is operated hydraulically. Our vertically installed spindle pumps supply oil at up to 60 bar pressure, with a reversing mechanism integrated directly within the pusher piston for consistent stroke frequency.
  • Precision Slot Screens: The basket is fitted with high-grade wedge bar profile screens. Slot widths are customized between 0.1 and 0.5 mm depending on your particle size and slurry concentration.
  • Reciprocating Cake Transport: This is the heart of the horizontal design. A reciprocating pusher plate (piston) moves forward and backward. With each forward stroke, the plate pushes the cake toward the discharge end.
